About Islands Restaurants

Like most things in the 80’s, it all started with a desire to have a good time. Fast forward 40 years and millions of burgers later, Islands is still a place that people turn to when they are looking for good food, friendly people, and a fun atmosphere. Our menu has continued to evolve through the years with the addition of seasonal favorites, health-conscious offerings and a variety of craveable flavors. When you walk into your flight-free local paradise, you are immediately transported to a place where your family and friends can come together and share what Islands offers best, beach vibes and happiness!

Over 40 Years of Serving Great Food

Our doors opened in 1982 with a basic philosophy – serve great, fresh food with friendly service in a fun atmosphere. When we opened it was an instant hit. Actually we ran out of food that first night at our West Los Angeles location. Since that first night, we’ve been expanding. You can now find more than 40 Islands Restaurants throughout California and Arizona.
