That is where our Colleague Success Networks (CSNs) come into play.

Our CSNs are a space to share stories and experiences, where every colleague can go to connect with others and feel supported. Our networks are great, if we do say so ourselves, they are pushing us further on our DE&I journey so that we can be a more inclusive place – for all.

Our CSNs are amplifying the voices of the underrepresented, providing a space to share both experiences and challenges, so we can make changes to keep Sage a place where you can confidently live your best life. Whoever you are, wherever you are from, here, you can, and you will thrive.

Our Flexible Human Work hybrid framework has been a huge game-changer for us. It has put the power back into the hands of our colleagues – allowing them to not only decide if they want to work from home or the office, but also, for up to 10 weeks a year, they can choose anywhere in the world they want to work!

Everyone gets to enjoy some flexibility, whether you’re fully remote or in a blended environment. We are really proud to promote our flexible working, and from what our colleagues have said,

We’re dedicated to increasing the number of women in our leadership and technology roles. It sounds like a lot, we know. But we’re going to do it. People are our bread and butter at Sage, it’s why we care so much about everyone getting to be a part of the team. So, we’ve got a plan to make it happen. We’re supporting schools and universities with a STEM agenda, offering a Women’s Mentoring Program, and ensuring our recruitment reaches a wide range of people.

Sage Foundation is the consequence of a joint effort and every person gets the chance to make an impact.

Every year, our colleagues get up to five paid days volunteering and $50 to donate, what will you do
with yours? From supporting victims of forest fires in California, the drought in
South Africa, or terror incidents in London – our colleagues are always willing to be of service to their communities and can, thanks to Sage Foundation.

Last year, we did 31,250 days of volunteering. Among the countless ways we got involved in serving our communities, we shopped for the elderly and vulnerable, made contributions to local communities, and helped to support job goals by lending a hand with CV restructuring.

Sage Foundation is a hallmark of our commitment to the well-being of our colleagues and society.
