About Nexus
Nexus, a nonprofit, 501(C)3 organization, has been a leader in youth residential treatment services for nearly 40 years. Beginning in the early 1970s as a small, adult male felon program in Minnesota, Nexus services have evolved over the years to specialize in serving children and adolescents.
Nexus offers specialized treatment for

Today, Nexus operates 4 residential treatment sites with COA-accredited programming and year-round, on-site schools, as well as inpatient psychiatric programs, aftercare services including specialized foster care, referrals to other treatment providers, in-home counseling services, and ongoing support. Youth who successfully complete a Nexus treatment program have a recidivism rate well below the national average.

*A highly specialized and individualized program for high-needs girls, with a strong focus on experiential activity, family connection, emotional regulation, skill-building, community connection, and independent life experiences.
PATH
*An array of PATH ND family services are provided throughout North Dakota and Idaho. North Dakota office locations include Bismarck, Devils Lake, Dickinson, Fargo, Grand Forks, Jamestown, Minot, Turtle Mountain, and Williston. Idaho locations include Boise, Idaho Falls, and Lewiston.
-PATH ND offers a continuum of in-home and community-based services to help kids and families throughout North Dakota and Idaho.
