About Huntsville Recovery
Huntsville Recovery, Inc. was founded in 2004 by Mr. and Mrs. George and Claire Payne to meet the needs of individuals that were struggling with opiate addiction. Huntsville Recovery, Inc. is certified by the Alabama Department of Mental Health and complies with all rules and regulations regarding methadone treatment.
At Huntsville Recovery, Inc. there is no intake fee.
The clinic is open seven days a week: Monday through Friday from 5AM - 1PM, and Saturday/Sunday from 6AM - 9AM.
All patients are assigned a certified counselor and participate in a phased program that allows for take home doses after 90 days based on patients compliance with the program.
Medicaid is accepted. Additionally, we gladly provide billing information for reimbursement purposes by request of those patients who carry other forms of insurance.
Admission preference is given to pregnant women and IV drug users.
