Brady employees drive beautiful late mode Peterbilts and haul frack sand in dry bulk pneumatic tankers for the West Texas/SE New Mexico oilfield. If you live near fracking locations, you could get home a few times per week. If you live further away, we’ll agree on a rotation schedule and try to get you 1 week off after rotation. You can choose a more flexible schedule following that first training period. Trucks have sleeper cabs, and Brady’s Terminals offers showers, laundry, and a Driver’s Lounge.
Quarterly Safety & Performance Incentives (+5% of driving earnings), annual Longevity Incentives (+5% of driving earnings for entire YEAR paid right before Christmas), and a review after 90 days.
