About Arethusa al tavolo
One of Litchfield's premier dining establishments is now accepting resumes for the position of General Manager.
Our position necessitates that you have strong leadership skills, high energy and are a guest focused person. Candidates must be able to attract, retain and develop a strong front of house service team. We are an establishment committed to supporting your quality of life and providing you with consistent growth and success. Compensation is dependent on experience; we offer a competitive salary, paid vacation & health benefits.
Qualified candidates must:
* have a minimum five years of full service restaurant serving experience
* be comfortable working 50-55 hours per week in a fine dining environment
* have a mature understanding of modern and international cuisine
* have prior Micro's POS experience, and ability to program
* be able to manage all aspects of social media and website maintenance
* have prior experience with cost control/budget responsibilities
* be able to manage all particulars of wine & liquor ordering & inventory
* be able to multi task
* possess professional tableside finesse with guests
* have a STRONG attention to detail
* have good phone skills
* not be afraid to get their hands dirty and have a lead by example attitude
* have a flexible schedule
* be able to work late night
