DecoArt's journey started in 1985 with a line of 64 acrylic colors formulated to work for our target consumers: decorative painters and crafters. Since that initial launch, we have expanded to more than 30 product lines with more than 3,000 products found on retail shelves in 75 countries.

Continual improvement of the customer service experience is critical to our business model. We are working on process improvements for all areas of support. Our customers are the driving force behind everything we do. Anything less than 100% customer satisfaction is unacceptable.
