Hearthstone Estates Assisted Living community provides medical care and supportive living services for individuals who require assistance.
Mission
The Hearthstone Estates goal is to provide an ideal environment, medical care, recreation, and supportive services for individuals who require assistance with activities of daily living. Our team is dedicated to promoting independence and enhancing the quality of life of community members.
Services
Hearthstone Estates provides a full range of living assistance and supportive medical services so that residents can enjoy life independently to its fullest. Our Executive Director, a Registered Nurse, oversees the program and ensures that each resident is receiving the supportive services they need, while the Director of Nursing oversees the medical care component. Both are on-call 24/7. Services are rendered commensurate to each member’s range of abilities and requirements.
Our living assistance services include:
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Personal hygiene
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Laundry service
• Housekeeping
Some of the nursing and medical services provided by Hearthstone Estates include:
• On-site physician services
• Diabetes management
• Blood pressure monitoring
• Medication supervision/administration
• Oxygen administration
• Monthly wellness visits by an on-staff nurse
• Physical, occupational, and speech therapy
• Transportation arrangements to appointments
• In-house geriatric, podiatry, and psychiatric care
• On-site diagnostic and lab services
Recreation
Hearthstone Estates offers a broad and diverse recreational program. Members play an active role in helping select activities for the community. Some of the many activities our creative recreational staff schedule include:
• Arts and crafts
• Exercise classes
• Group or private games
• Feature movies
• Live music and entertainment
• Brain stumpers: memory challenges
• Video and board games
• Wii system activities
• Shopping outings
• Entertainment trips
• Dog therapy

• Family/resident parties
