Our StaRN program is a 14-17 week paid Nurse Residency Program featuring didactic and specialty clinical training in acute care. The length of the program varies by the specialty that you choose to pursue. Our StaRN program allows new registered nurse graduates to obtain acute care nursing experience through training, clinical preceptorship, and state of the art simulation training. At the completion of the program, our trained nurses transfer to the hospital for unit orientation in their new RN career!
