About Adams Homes

In 1991, founder Wayne Adams drew from over a decade of homebuilding experience to begin serving homebuyers in Pensacola, Florida. Throughout the 1990s and early 2000s, the company grew into markets throughout Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi. Since 2005, Adams Homes has expanded into markets in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and most recently, our Lonestar Region in Texas. Beyond simply building houses, we like to create win-win situations for our team members, craftsmen, and our clients. Our Core Principals rest upon the foundation set by Wayne Adams and are the pillars of our growth and continued success; You’re only as good as the people with whom you surround yourself, Keep it simple, and Treat people as you would want to be treated. These core principles have enabled Adams Homes to become one of the largest, privately-held homebuilders in the country and are the foundation for Adams Homes Philosophy, Culture, and Mission. Feeding the Gulf Coast

At Adams Homes we don't only build new home communities, but also build up the communities in which we operate in. Team members from our corporate office spent the day with Feeding the Gulf Coast packing backpacks with food and supplies for children struggling with hunger.

2021 Founder's Club Trip to NYC

Each year, we recognize our outstanding team members for their dedication to our mission and values. Nominations for the Founders Club recognize individuals team members’ passion for customer service and quality. The overall winners for 2021 were rewarded for their excellence with a trip to New York City.

2022 Mardi Gras

Here at Adams Homes we work hard and play hard. Every year the Adams Homes team forms the Bon Temps Krewe in the Pensacola Mardi Gras Parade. Team members from all over the south east travel to join in on the debauchery and team bonding.

2021 December Training

The 2021 end of the year meeting marked the first big event in our new HQ building in downtown Pensacola. It was filled with round table discussions with Sales and Production Managers, panels with the executives, and delicious local food.

"Teed Off With Cancer" Golf Tournament

Adams Homes sponsored the “Teed off at Cancer” golf tournament in Greenville, NC to help Riley's Army. Riley’s Army helps families dealing with children fighting Cancer. In the 9 years of having the event, they have raised over $300,000 for the benefit of kids and families affected by cancer.
