In February 2021, we launched U.S. Bank Access Commitment, a long-term approach that brings the strengths of all our business lines together to help build wealth while redefining how we serve diverse communities and provide more opportunities for diverse employees. It includes:

- Launching McKinsey Black Leadership Academy for current employees and ensuring diverse candidate slates.
- Committing $25 million for a new microbusiness fund and extending capital through Black-led CDFIs.
- Commissioning new research to inform how to build wealth in communities of color.
- Investing in Black-owned family finance app Goalsetter and launching new financial education efforts.
- Introducing a new program to increase Black homeownership and encourage representation in mortgage industry.
- Doubling partnerships with Black-owned suppliers and providing supply chain financing.
