- Launching McKinsey Black Leadership Academy for current employees and ensuring diverse candidate slates.
- Committing $25 million for a new microbusiness fund and extending capital through Black-led CDFIs.
- Commissioning new research to inform how to build wealth in communities of color.
- Investing in Black-owned family finance app Goalsetter and launching new financial education efforts.
- Introducing a new program to increase Black homeownership and encourage representation in mortgage industry.
- Doubling partnerships with Black-owned suppliers and providing supply chain financing.
