PRISM- PRISM is ASML’s Employee Network focused on building a community for our LGBTQ+ employees and allies to foster a work environment where everyone feels like they belong.
SHADES- SHADES brings employees together and fosters a culture of belonging, where everyone’s backgrounds are celebrated. Together, they are building awareness and resources to drive the advancement of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color).
Spark- Spark was created to enrich the professional and social lives of new hires and entry level employees by building a collaborative community at ASML. The aim is to connect, develop and support their community via professional and social initiatives.
WAVES (Women Achieving Vocational Excellence & Success)- WAVES is a group that provides professional development, networking opportunities, and a sense of community for women at ASML and allies.
