TORCH Awards honor businesses and nonprofits demonstrating high ethics in their treatment of customers, employees, and suppliers. Ten businesses and two nonprofits are receiving TORCH Awards in 2021.

Based in Caseyville, Illinois, Helitech is one of the St. Louis area’s most recognizable basement and foundation contractors, in business since 1987. Owner and president Jason Courtney says the company, which started out in concrete leveling and eventually evolved into handling “anything to do with the structural repair or waterproofing of any home," has serviced 100,000 homes in its nearly 35 years of business.
