Oak Hill Hospital is proud to be a Primary Stroke Center certified by The Joint Commission. Oak Hill Hospital is home of the only comprehensive heart program in Hernando County. The Heart Institute of Oak Hill Hospital features a 24,000 square foot state of the art facility where Hernando, Citrus and even northern Pasco County residents are provided superior heart treatment, surgical services and full laboratory service all in one location. The facility offers access to advanced and effective diagnostic and treatment technologies. Our expert teams perform a variety of procedures, including Angioplasty, Atrial Fibrillation, Coronary Artery Bypass, CT Scans, Echocardiography, Minimally Invasive Heart Surgery, Pace maker implants, Valve Repairs, and more. Our new units utilize the latest equipment and techniques for cardiac diagnostic testing, and feature private rooms with continuous bedside and portable monitoring.
