Grow at XPO participants receive one-on-one mentorship from a local, on-site Grow Champ throughout their journey. They also receive custom learning plans, progress check-ins, role-based training and interview prep to advance their skills. We’re passionate about what we do, and we want passionate employees who can help us reach our goals while building their dream careers.

We use training and technology to constantly keep improving our safety ecosystem, and we have XPO safety professionals positioned across our operating regions.

Our global Road to Zero initiative and strict compliance measures are the foundations of our commitment to safety. Through this commitment to safety, we achieve recordable rates that are below industry averages for accidents and OSHA incidents.
