K&B Transportation offers our drivers satisfaction guaranteed! The majority of our drivers either have guaranteed weekly miles or are on a salary pay program giving them top pay regardless of miles! While we primarily operate and hire throughout the Midwest, K&B Transportation has a new Road Warrior option that allows us to hire throughout the United States. With our Road Warrior option if you live in a location we do not get to by truck WE FLY YOU HOME FOR HOMETIME!
K&B Transportation has two pay options for our OTR drivers. Option one offers 60 CPM to start with a $1500 minimum guarantee and hometime as often as every two weeks. Option two offers 70 CPM to start with a $1750 minimum guarantee! Drivers on option one earn $80,000 plus yearly and drivers on option two earn $90,000 plus yearly!
