About The Granite Peak Group
Principals Rich Fairservis and the late W.N. ‘Neil’ McMurry founded Granite Peak Development in 2002. The company quickly became the largest full-service real estate development company in Wyoming with expansion into North Dakota and Arizona following. Granite Peak Development continues to grow across the Rocky Mountains, North Dakota, and Arizona.
In 2014, the Granite Peak family of companies was reorganized to more effectively serve our customers and to cultivate the best growth opportunities.
