Q - How much will I get paid?
A -
Our drivers are paid mileage and drop/pickup pay. Mileage is based on Rand McNally practical miles. Your starting wage will be based on your verifiable experience.
Q - How often will I be home?
A -
Most of our drivers are home every week.
Q - What kind of benefits do you offer?

Q - Where will I drive to?

After the first couple of runs you will be put on a run that will be fairly standardized. But our business is customer driven - so from time to time changes are made to meet their needs.
Q - What are the minimum requirements of our Drivers?
A -
The minimum driver requirements are:
No DWI in past 10 years
No felony convictions
Current, valid Class A CDL with reasonably clean driving record
Pass DOT Drug screen and physical
A valid CDL license
Minimum 1 year OTR verifiable experience
No drug refusal or positive test
Live within 50 -75 miles of terminal location
Q - What are essential functions of a Driver job?
A -
The essential functions include:
Driving Tractor/Trailer for up to 11 hours at a time
Able to be in a refrigerated environment for extended periods of time
Able to lift and put on chains and take them off as required
Able to push/pull 2000# on pallet jack.
Able to lift 40# boxes repetitively
Able to sort and segregate product by description/SKU#
Must be able to fill out and maintain DOT logs
Able to communicate (verbal and written) maintenance issues
Able to communicate with dispatcher, customers, legal authorities, shop and office personnel in English
Able to fill out trip envelopes per instructions.
Q - What are the routes or runs like for Topeka, KS?
A -
Longhaul - Solo driving positions delivering to customers primarily in the Central and Eastern United States.
Local - Moving equipment between the shop and various loading docks. Pickups/deliveries in the Topeka/KC area. Washing trucks and trailers as needed. Also short runs to OK or MO. Paid primarily hourly.
Q - Where will I drive to?

A -
Longhaul - Solo positions. Delivering the NE, South or Central United States.
Q - What are the routes or runs like for Beaverton, HQ?
A -
Longhaul - can be team or solo position. Team drivers go across the country delivering to Reser 'wharehouses' along the way, picking up backhaul(s) and returning. Some runs go to the East Coast and back. Solo drivers stay within the 11 Western States - delivering and picking up backhauls.
Regional - Solo position. These runs are shorter than the longhaul runs. Typically delivering to our customers in Northern California, ID, UT or MT. Other runs deliver to OR, WA and British Columbia. Your workweek will consist of several of these shorter runs or perhaps local runs (Salem, Pasco, Seattle).
Local - Moving equipment between the shop and loadng docks. Washing trucks and trailers, shuttle runs betwene the Oregon based plants. May involve short runs to Seattle and/or Pasco. Paid primarily hourly.
