At STEP2 Discovery, our mission is to Bring Families Together! We deliver on our mission through two leading brands in children’s development through play, as well as outdoor living products. Our team is driving new product development and innovation throughout the industry, expanding into several different categories. We couldn’t do this without our people, whether working on the plant floor in one of our three manufacturing plants, in the field distribution spaces, or in our corporate offices. Every single one of our employees contribute to bringing families together all over the world!

Our products bring families together through play and outdoor entertaining, while we bring our “employee family” together with a clearly defined vision. Creating and maintaining a clean and safe working environment is a high priority; in addition to our company-wide picnic and holiday events that are highly anticipated every year. Dogs in the office, monthly pizza parties, and schedule flexibility are just a few of the amazing perks we offer to our employees!

As the company continues to grow, we are proud to promote from within and foster growth opportunities for our employees, including Tuition Assistance! For us, growth also means taking care of the environment and giving back to our local and international communities to make an even bigger impact. We are partnering with Mobility Worldwide to help millions of people internationally to gain freedom and mobility by supplying mobility carts. Closer to home, we’re exploring a carbon-neutral program with NOVA Chemical to decrease our carbon footprint and improve the environment by planting trees in the Southern U.S. We also offer volunteer opportunities for our employees such as reading programs through The United Way and a new partnership with Together We Rise to decorate and pack duffel bag “sweet cases”, bringing comfort and joy to hundreds of foster children each year.
