Our bilingual team is dedicated to resident services with many committees devoted to improve resident well-being. We conduct regular audits in order to ensure we meet and exceed government standards. We also have the Behavioural Support Ontario program to help with resident needs. Our employees follow the Gentle Persuasive Approach program to help them serve our residents.
