2. Phone Screen: A member of our Talent Acquisition team will contact selected candidates to set-up a phone screen. Tell us a little about yourself and why you’re excited about The Bountiful Company.
3. Interview with Hiring Manager: Upon submission of your resume to the hiring manager, selected candidates will have the chance to further discuss their experience (in-person, over the phone or video) and find out more about the role.
4. Offer: We’re excited and want you to join The Bountiful Company. family! Please note, offers are conditional upon successful completion of pre-employment procedures, including criminal background screening and drug testing.
5. Pre-Employment Onboarding: A member of our HR Operations team will contact you upon acceptance of the offer to begin the pre-employment onboarding process.
