PPC Partners Inc. is a holding company that owns four subsidiary companies: Pieper Electric, MetroPower, MP Systems and Carolina Power; which operate out of numerous individual branch businesses.
As a holding company, PPC Partners Inc. is the investment vehicle that offers stock, which, under its charter, can only be sold to employees among its subsidiaries.
