We are a top Colorado Orthopaedic Group. Our surgeons serve Denver, Vail, Summit County, Aspen and beyond! We now have a new location for surgery in Gunnison, partnered with experienced and top surgeons from Gunnison, Crested Butte, and Telluride.
Since 1979, we have served one of the most active sports populations in the country, allowing the doctors and staff at Vail-Summit Orthopaedics & Neurosurgery to advance their treatment and rehabilitation plans to the highest level. Our experts have mountains of experience! In fact, five of our doctors are doctors for the prestigious US Ski Team.

We employ highly trained provider teams which include registered orthopaedic technologists, certified athletic trainers, certified physician assistants, skilled perioperative nurses, and doctors specializing in superior orthopaedic care. Our support staff teams are top notch and bring industry expertise and extensive experience to their roles in a variety of departments including our patient representative teams, surgery scheduling, billing, referrals, community and athletic team relations, and many more.
