Highlite Staffing is a cannabis industry staffing agency providing both temporary labor for cultivation facilities and production labs as well as permanent placement for jobs from budtending to general managers and compliance officers. Our temporary labor team is all employed by Highlite Staffing. We cover taxes, unemployment & workers compensation. Temp workers can choose to work part time or full time. Based on contract assignments, we strive to offer our staff the flexible schedules they request. We also have a roster of mid to upper level positions that we help place at licensed facilities across the country.
