Every aspect of life can be challenging, from the expected to the unexpected. Hardships and tribulations often present themselves when least expected. At U.S. Renal Care, we believe that each employee, patient and partner is a part of our larger family. We believe it is important to celebrate our accomplishments, and support one another when an unexpected challenge emerges. For this reason, we have developed the U.S. Renal Care Employee Relief Foundation to allow our employees and physician partners across the county to support their fellow co-workers in their time of need.
The mission of the Employee Relief Foundation is to provide additional financial assistance to employees who are experiencing an unexpected personal tragedy or hardship that is outside of their control, and for which there is no insurance coverage or government relief available.
