The Miniat Experience internship program is unlike other internship programs. Our highly-structured, 11-week program offers participants the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally through exposure to our senior leadership team, networking opportunities with industry professionals, project work that matters, and three 1-day workshops guaranteed to hone your public speaking skills, self-awareness, and manufacturing understanding. We offer paid internships to qualified students in several fields: operations, engineering, maintenance, marketing, HR, QA, research and development, and more.
