Everyone is invited to join this group which celebrates, encourages, and supports women in our organization.
Interfaith Prayer and Encouragement Group
The Interfaith Prayer and Encouragement Group is to provide a place for employees to gather, share, support, and encourage one another through faith.
S.A.G.E (Sexuality and Gender Equality)
S.A.G.E aims to create an open and safe space for LGBTIA employees to meet, share fellowship, and join in the work to create an inclusive culture of acceptance, dignity, and respect.
The B.A.R.R. (The Black Alliance at Round Room)

P.A.U.S.E. provides a support system for anyone directly or indirectly struggling with mental health, substance abuse, and overall well-being. Our core values are based upon our acronym. We believe that through Patience, Acceptance, Understanding, Support and Empathy, we're able to provide guidance through life experiences to help navigate the road ahead.

W.I.N.S. is to enhance the quality of life, while spreading optimism that you can be and become exactly who you were meant to be. All while encouraging and supporting others through Wellness, Impact, Nutrition, and Strength.

TCC Gives
TCC Gives is our corporate giving initiative that operates through a percentage of TCC’s profits. Through TCC Gives, employees can partner with local nonprofits to apply for a Community Grant each quarter worth up to $10,000 -up to $40,000 a year!
Community Events
We host four company-wide Community Events each year that benefit a different group in need:
Teachers Rock: We deliver care kits filled with supplies and treats to local teachers.
Kids Rock: We choose child-centered nonprofits to receive a monetary donation.
School Rocks: We provide backpacks filled with school supplies to students.
Veterans Rock: We honor veterans through monetary donations to local nonprofits.

Customers are randomly selected to win $10,000 for themselves, plus they get to donate an additional $10,000 to a nonprofit of their choice. The store where the winning customer made their purchase also gets to choose another nonprofit to receive a donation.
Cloths for Good
Our stores sell screen cleaning cloths that feature designs made by kids. All proceeds from purchasing these cloths go toward Community Events like our Backpack Giveaway.
More Than a Phone
More Than a Phone is a nonprofit that TCC supports and works closely with. This organization keeps survivors of domestic violence connected during their important transition to freedom by providing free Verizon smartphones, service, and data that cannot be tracked by their abuser. TCC store employees can work to foster relationships with their local domestic violence organizations to bring More Than a Phone to their community. Plus, TCC Store Support employees volunteer to help assemble the phone packages that are given to survivors.
