1. Divisional Action Teams

These groups engage a broad range of employees in our home office and divisional operations to execute on our D&I strategy by celebrating diversity and help our leadership teams understand and pursue opportunities for a more inclusive work environment.

Individuals in our Veteran Action Team have found a meaningful way to serve: supporting veterans and providing valuable feedback on how Gordon Food Service can best attract, develop, and retain service members as well as support their spouses, and family members.
