1st Grade Care was incorporated in 2011 with the objective of providing high quality domiciliary care services, during this period the company started out in the Vale of Glamorgan with just four members of staff and soon built a quality reputation with service users and local authorities alike – many of whom remain clients of ours to this day.
In order for 1st Grade Care to operate effectively and efficiently a head office was established and split into three departments including, Payroll, Accounts and Quality Assurance, all containing staff who specialise in their field.
Since 2011 1st Grade Care have employed in excess of 300 members of staff and now operates with a team of hugely experienced people. We can not introduce you to everyone however the company is organised broadly:

We set out in 2011, to provide high quality person centred care that is tailored to meet the exact needs of our customers and which enables to remain living independently at home, in a community they know best and surrounded by the people they love most.
There are a lot of care companies that do what we do. They share the same what and how, but our staff work with us for our ‘why’ and our ‘who’. Our people are trained well enough so they can leave, but treated well enough so they don't want to. They`re a passionate bunch, driven by compassion, high standards and integrity who set out each day to a breath fresh air into the way homecare is delivered.
