Frisbie Memorial Hospital

Frisbie Memorial Hospital hopes to maintain a high-flying reputation as it serves southeastern New Hampshire and southern Maine. The acute-care facility has nearly 90 beds and about 250 physicians on staff. The not-for-profit community hospital offers patients a variety of services including emergency, radiology, cardiology, neurology, and respiratory and surgical care. Frisbie Memorial also operates outpatient and primary medical care facilities, and it provides oncology services through a partnership with the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire.

Frisbie Memorial Hospital provides a range of preventive and advanced diagnostic and surgical services with more than 20 hospital services, primary care medical offices in five greater Rochester communities, nearly 30 different specialty care services, two walk-in care centers, and an occupational health center.

Strategy

Upgrading its technology, in 2012 Frisbie Memorial Hospital acquired the latest in magnetic respnance imaging technology by installing the new Vantage TitanTM from Toshiba. That year it also expanded its clinical affiliation to include cancer services.
