Agile Design and Production – our comprehensive capabilities specialized in quick-response, fast-turnover projects can dramatically reduce the product development life cycle.

Vertically Integrated – we provide part and tool design to manufacturing process development to production fabrication to all aspects of testing.

Experienced – we are proud to have many legacy aerospace structures development programs, across military and commercial platforms.

Bandwidth – currently 360,000 sq.ft. of manufacturing floor space, 650+ employees and more than 60 engineers with the ability to scale as necessary to accommodate any business need.

Fully Qualified – AS9100 Rev D, Nadcap accreditation for Composites, FAA Repair Station, ISO17025 Compliance, EASA, with Tier 1 and OEM contractors. 

State-of-the-Art 5-axis Machining Capabilities – 23 CNC machines. Including envelopes up to 13’ x 40’ x 5’, ultrasonic CNC capability, and CNC waterjet. We also design and fabricate our required tooling. 

All-digital Layup Production – implemented throughout 25,000 sq.ft. of clean room space. All plies are cut with controlled cutting files, which are then processed during hand-layup with precision laser projection systems, press molding, RTM or filament winding. 

Autoclaves and Ovens – 17 current technology autoclaves with an operating diameter of up to 16’ (by 30’ length), length of up to 40’ (by 7’ width), and processing parameters up to 800°F & 200 psi. 14 ovens, with envelopes up to 9’ x 8’ x 30’ and temperatures up to 450°F allow for massive bandwidth for out-of-autoclave processes.

Comprehensive Test – a full suite of materials testing capabilities, ultrasonic & CMM inspection, 3D printers, radome transmissivity and quality inspectors certified to AS9100D.
