Our Program

Rust-Oleum Cares is led by champions who facilitate the program at our offices, manufacturing facilities and distribution centers throughout the world. Through volunteer opportunities, sponsorships, monetary and in-kind donations, our champions partner with local charities to change, restore and transform communities in which we work and live.

INTERNSHIPS

With positions from supply chain to accounting/finance to marketing, our Internship Program is one of the nation’s best. We’ll give you real-world business experience, access to our senior leaders and also a chance to give back to the community.

CO-OPS

Our Engineering Co-Op Program turns theory into practice. You’ll work on meaningful projects that will truly make a difference in our manufacturing and product development processes. We offer a competitive salary along with fully furnished housing.
