Our employees volunteer in many different capacities, from tutoring children to serving in leadership positions with local charities, to working on home improvement projects for the needy. LII provides direct financial support to numerous charitable organizations and our employees contribute thousands of volunteer hours annually. In addition, we donate needed supplies to various charitable organizations and provide “in-kind” donations of HVAC equipment. LII provides support to more than 100 organizations around the world such as the United Way, the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, and the Special Olympics. At LII, there are numerous ways to get involved with other coworkers in support of our local communities.

Our diverse team competes in a global market and we are comprised of many different backgrounds, experiences, and cultures. The LII Diversity Council, Lennox Women’s Business Council, and Lennox Young Professional Association are employee led initiatives that provide a valuable forum for employees with varied backgrounds and experiences to enhance our workplace. The global employee survey allows us to listen to our employees and receive direct feedback to help us build an even stronger company.
