MasterCorp’s People Proud initiative includes a commitment to provide quality benefits to our people, regardless of the position they fill. Employees who are scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week on a regular basis are eligible. Save toward retirement and receive a company matching contribution up to 5%. Enrollment is quarterly.
PAID VACATION
Hourly associates can earn up to 4 weeks vacation per year. Managers begin earning generous PTO immediately upon hire.
DENTAL
Preventive care is covered at 100%. Choose from 4 tiers available from individual to family.
VISION
Exams only $10. Contact lens fits and follow up $55. Plastic lenses $25. Frames or contacts $150 allowance.
SHORT TERM DISABILITY
Elect a benefit up to 60% of your earnings. Max of 11 weeks benefit. Pays on leave for surgery, injury or maternity.

Benefits paid directly to insured according to a fixed schedule. 2 levels available.
