“I love what I do. Here at CubeSmart, I get to meet customers where they are at in life and I get to discern the best way to serve them - be it a swift/brisk move in, or I take some time to hear their story. I've seen big moves, breakups, deaths, divorce, businesses, and renovations, and my goal is to be the easiest part of my customer's day. And the past month has truly shown me that my efforts to make my customers feel better don't go unnoticed. Right now, I am moving, and in moving I'm also transferring stores to be closer to my new house. Over the past month, I've been gradually telling customers that I'm changing locations. I've told this to customers who come to my office monthly to pay, and I've even called a few customers who take time out of their day to visit me. I have been overwhelmed with well wishes and visits with customers who want to say goodbye one last time and wish me and my husband the best. “Being CubeSmart Proud is more than a feeling. It is a combination of separate pieces that build up to a wonderful masterpiece. CubeSmart has been an extension of my own family, and through this amazing journey, I have found very special and dear new friends. I started my career with CubeSmart as a Store Manager in Columbus, OH. I worked with wonderful people that as of today, I feel comfortable calling and ask for advice.
