HEALTH WELFARE BENEFITS
Carter’s offers comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, plus access to voluntary coverages like hospital indemnity, accident expense, and identity protection plans. In addition, employees can supplement their coverage with life insurance, a health savings account, or a flexible spending account. Carter’s also complements employees’ coverage by offering disability and AD&D benefits.
SAVINGS RETIREMENT
The Carter’s 401(k) Savings Plan is a great way for employees to plan for their financial future. Plus, there’s the potential for an annual employer match of employee contributions. Carter’s also provides new parents a $500 contribution to a 529 college savings plan to save for their child’s college education.
EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT
All employees are eligible for a discount on purchases made at all Carter’s and OshKosh stores, and may also participate in the Rewarding Moments program to earn $10 towards a future purchase for every $100 spent.
TIME OFF
Employees work hard and deserve to relax. The Company provides paid time off benefits to all eligible employees. New Parents may also be eligible for up to 4 weeks of paid parental leave.
COMMUNITY
Eligible employees are provided with paid volunteer time each year to support charitable organizations of their choosing, and may be eligible for company matching gift contributions.
