Career Path:

Secure One Capital will train the inside sales representatives interested in pursuing a career as a loan officer. Our employees are strictly prohibited from quoting, negotiating, or discussing mortgage related "numbers" until fully licensed with NMLS. Interested candidates must complete course work, study, and pass NMLS (National Mortgage Licensing) Federal and State tests to qualify for the position. NMLS Loan Officers make $60,000 - $250,000+ per year. Compensation options include: Base Salary and per file fee commission, Medical, Bonuses, Contests and Rewards. Personal and Professional Development Sales coaching, Etc.

We are looking for motivated inside sales representatives. You must be very ethical and trustworthy and be able to connect with people over the phone. Our clients must feel that you are honestly interested in their best interests. You will consult with the client to find the best product for their situation and then advise. Successful candidates will screen company paid incoming leads, create a relationship with the client and set an appointment for a NMLS licensed loan officer. Once licensed, the candidate will stay with that client as their Loan Officer until funding and beyond.
