Mr. Appliance technicians use tablet based technology (iPads) for our paperless transactions. All jobs are created on the iPad, payment is received on the iPad, and the customer receives the invoice by email. In recent months, this has become a contactless approach allowing the customer to click on a link in their email to send payment while the technician is in the customer's home.

All Mr. Appliance franchise owners provide personal protective equipment (PPE) to provide greater safety for our technicians and our customers.

Mr. Appliance repairs all types of appliances in the customer's home. We commonly repair kitchen and laundry appliances. But, we will also repair wine coolers, outdoor kitchens, and other appliances.

Mr. Appliance technicians are experts in their field and spend time with every customer to answer questions about routine upkeep and how their appliances should function properly. Through Mr. Appliance, technicians have access to the latest in training and online resources. Technicians have access to a nationwide database of all Mr. Appliance repairs, training programs, video training, and service associations.
