The Elizabeth Nursing Home is a Medicaid certified, intermediate care facility with 49 beds and restorative services. 24-hour nursing care provided by RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. Our mission here at Elizabeth Nursing Home is to preserve, promote, and encourage the self-esteem, dignity, and independence of each and every one of our residents.
