Oshkosh Defense delivers leading-edge tactical wheeled vehicles and life cycle sustainment services to military and security forces around the globe. For nearly 100 years, Oshkosh has designed, tested and manufactured a robust portfolio of heavy, medium, light and highly protected military vehicles and technologies to support the U.S. Armed Forces and its allies.

Oshkosh offers advanced technologies and vehicle components that provide our customers with a technical edge. These include: TAK-4® independent suspension systems, TerraMax® unmanned ground vehicle solutions, Command Zone™ integrated control and diagnostics system, ProPulse® diesel electric and on-board vehicle power solutions, and the CORE1080™ crew protection system. Oshkosh also provides NetReady command, control, communications and computer (C4) systems integration for its vehicles to bring the network to the mission.

Every Oshkosh vehicle is backed by a dedicated team of technical experts, a global logistics and supplier network that spans six continents, and a complete range of life cycle sustainment services to optimize fleet readiness and performance.

Since 1917, Oshkosh has been a pioneer in vehicle technologies. Oshkosh Defense has delivered and sustained more than 150,000 tactical wheeled vehicles to our customers in more than 20 countries. Every Oshkosh Defense vehicle is designed to support and protect the men and women who depend on it. Our team is comprised of approximately 2,500 employees, including hundreds who have served, or are currently serving in the military, and thousands with family members and friends currently serving. We are inspired by them, committed to them and driven to provide them with our very best.

Oshkosh Corporation has a long-standing history of charitable giving and support for programs that assist members of the armed forces and their families, both in the field and when they return home. We are proud to partner with organizations such as Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS), Fisher House, Disabled Sports USA: Warfighter Sports, Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation and many more.

Every year our team members are recognized for their outstanding projects that have made a difference for our people, our customers, and our communities. Oshkosh team members submit their projects and present in front of our Oshkosh Leadership Team. The top projects of the year receive a total of $125,000 to give back to charities of their choice.

Community Involvement

At Oshkosh Corporation, we believe in giving back to our communities, carrying on a tradition of giving that started 100 years ago. Through team member volunteer programs, corporate involvement and monetary donations, we support a variety of social, educational and human welfare causes.
