About South Bay Community Services
South Bay Community Services is a community-based, behavioral health care organization offering a continuum of services, including adult behavioral health, substance abuse counseling, children’s behavioral health, autism services and early childhood services. With more than 30 years of experience, South Bay continues to build upon our reputation as a leader and innovator in behavioral health care by constantly evolving our programs to meet the changing needs of local and state agencies, schools, hospitals, underserved families, children and at-risk adults.

Meet Jen P., one of our office support staff members for outpatient services. Jen is a team player who goes above and beyond to make sure clients have seamless access to their psychiatric appointments. She is the "go-to" person for nurse practitioners, managers and clinicians alike. While working remotely, Jen has helped other offices with support needs, while adapting to unique challenges telehealth presented. Jen was able to share her expertise in processing records requests to help build a more efficient and streamlined process. Your hard work and dedication to South Bay is greatly appreciated!

Meet Heather – she's been a member of the South Bay team for 13 years. She generously shares her time and resources with other EI sites and all South Bay divisions. She is a passionate voice in the community and involves herself in several meetings promoting maternal and child mental health in the community. Heather consistently works to promote clinical excellence by leading trainings for the South Bay community and others as needed. Our community and staff benefit from Heather's leadership, respect and clinical skills!
