Code of Ethics
Our Code of Ethics is the foundation of our culture. First adopted in 1990, our Code sets forth those values and commitments that guide ethical decision making everywhere we do business. The Code strengthens our fight against corruption and promotes behavior that leads to the development of fair markets so that every company competes only on its merits. Our global team of nearly 500 Ethics and Compliance Officers (ECOs) serves as a resource for employees, contractors, sales agents, suppliers and partners who have questions or concerns about ethics and compliance issues. Our ECOs work closely with global stakeholders to ensure that our values and commitments are upheld in all locations around the world – without compromise.

SUPPLIER CODE OF CONDUCT
The scope of our operations creates responsibilities for us and those with whom we work. To produce superior products in a responsible manner, we need suppliers who meet high standards for business practices, environmental responsibility and operational excellence. Accordingly, we require our suppliers to meet our expectations for ethics and compliance as set forth in the Supplier Code of Conduct (the Supplier Code). The Supplier Code sets forth our expectations for each of our product and service suppliers, and aligns with the expectations we maintain for our own directors, officers, employees and representatives. We understand and expect that our product and service suppliers will have their own internal codes of ethics and conduct that, at a minimum, incorporate the requirements from the Supplier Code.
