Founded as the Air Force Villages, Blue Skies of Texas is a Continuing Care Retirement Community offering apartments, lofts, cottages and homes, as well as Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing and Alzheimer’s care. This exceptional community has been a staple in the heart of San Antonio for over 50 years. Blue Skies of Texas (formerly Air Force Village) is a non-profit, accredited Continuing Care Retirement Community with two campuses located in San Antonio, TX. Blue Skies of Texas East is located at 4917 Ravenswood Dr. next to Lackland AFB, and Blue Skies of Texas West is located at 5100 John D. Ryan Blvd. off of Hwy. 90 West. Both campuses offer independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing & rehabilitation and Hospice care.

Open to all qualified seniors with or without military affiliation, Blue Skies of Texas is a vibrant community that welcomes seniors from all walks of life. Independent living options include high-rise and mid-rise apartments, cottages and ranch homes. Services and amenities include dining, wellness activities, transportation, housekeeping and maintenance.
