MedOptions is the nation’s leading provider of behavioral health services to skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. We provide services to over 1500 facilities throughout the country.

Our multidisciplinary team consists of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurse Practitioners, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers. Working together with the staff at our partnering skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, they provide medication management of psychotropic drugs, memory care evaluations and thorough neurocognitive testing, therapy and other behavioral interventions, as well as providing educational in-service programs to help the staff build the skills, confidence, and effectiveness in elderly mental health care.

Interviewing
Interviewing with MedOptions is conversational and informative. We want to get to know you while you get to know us, ensuring that our passions align. While your resume allows us to know you professionally, we want to learn more about you as a person and what drives your decision making.

Clinical Interview
• An initial phone screen to introduce you to our practice, to share expectations for clinicians, and confirm
qualifications
• Interview with territory leader
• Clinical interview with a MedOptions provider
• An offer is extended after the interview process is complete
• With a fully executed offer, the credentialing process will begin and take a minimum 30 days
• Credentialing includes, but not limited to, application, TB test, drug screen, and
background check

Non Clinical Interview
• The interview process for our non-clinical positions vary
• Phone screen with HR personnel
• Interview with the Hiring Manager. Additional interviews may be requested.
• An offer is extended after the interview process is completed
• With a fully executed off, an application will be completed and our onboarding specialist will work with you
to complete background checks, drug screens and any other pre-employment requirements
