About Acreage Holdings
The Beginning
Acreage Chairman and CEO Kevin Murphy’s 2011 investment in a Maine cannabis license laid the foundation for who we are today. Understanding the plant’s power to heal and change the world, and passionate to help lead the movement, “Murph” launched High Street Capital in 2014. In 2017, High Street Capital rebranded as Acreage Holdings and began its transition from an investment vehicle to a leading, vertically integrated multi-state operator.

2019: A Milestone Year
Last year, Acreage cemented its place as a game-changer in the cannabis industry. It started with the broadcast TV rejection of our “Time is Now” Superbowl PSA that called for further cannabis reform. Press and social media coverage of the spot reached billions. In April, we announced our arrangement with Canopy Growth Corporation, setting the stage for a combined global cannabis powerhouse once it’s federally permissible for Canopy to acquire our company. Later, we began rolling out our house of brands, a core component of Acreage’s product strategy that includes consumer brands like The Botanist and Live Resin Project. Both brands took home honors at the 2019 Emerald Cup, the premier product competition in cannabis.

Today and Beyond
We expect 2020 to be a record-breaking year for Acreage. With access to unparalleled intellectual property developed in-house and from our arrangement with Canopy Growth Corporation, we look forward to extending the reach of our house of brands throughout the country. The Botanist, Live Resin Project, Natural Wonder, Prime Wellness and Tweed provide us with a diverse array of products and form factors that appeal to consumers across the cannabis spectrum, and we plan to continue developing and releasing additional products that meet their wants and needs.
