It all started on a cross-country flight, in a conversation between Dan Gutierrez and Mac Lomax. They shared a goal of creating a national staffing agency centered around correctional healthcare for federal, state and local government entities. They wanted to build a company based on strong and enduring relationships, fueled by an energetic and engaging culture. After reaching out to Rami Isa with their idea, the trio founded Cell Staff in 2014.

Today, Cell Staff is a nationwide healthcare staffing company that has expanded to serve traditional healthcare organizations, correctional facilities, schools, and other government facilities. From coast to coast, we empower team members and gifted associates with a vivacious and honest environment that demonstrates the value of each individual.
