San Ysidro Health is a non-profit organization fully committed to providing the highest quality, most compassionate, easily accessible and affordable health care services for the entire family.

Originally established along the border in 1969, today San Ysidro Health provides high-quality, compassionate care at sites located throughout the South Bay (National City, Chula Vista and San Ysidro), Southeast San Diego, and El Cajon. San Ysidro Health's unique services include the San Diego Children’s Dental Center at Rady Children’s Hospital offering oral care for medically fragile children, the Adult Special Needs Dental Clinic housed within San Ysidro's King Chavez Health Center, Urgent Care services located at Chula Vista Medical Plaza, and Mi Clinica – San Ysidro Health's retail clinic at Northgate Gonzalez Market. Daily, 1,300 dedicated staff members provide culturally proficient and vital health services to make lives better for the most vulnerable families within San Diego County’s impoverished communities.
