In 1974, Paul Magleby set out to make a difference in the building industry. His persistent dedication to a higher standard of building has led the way in Utah’s home building industry. Well known for his professionalism and leadership, he was recognized by the National Association of Home Builders as Custom Builder of the Year in 2007. He was later awarded the Lifetime Achievement award by the Utah Home Builders Association.

Paul's son, Chad Magleby, now leads the team at Magleby Construction. Our team is made up of Professionals Dedicated to Building Excellence™ building Utah's most amazing new home projects. Our professionals provide construction services for Estate Homes, Custom Home and Remodel projects. Recognized as the Nation's first NAHB Custom Builder of the Year in 2006 and again in 2016, our team continues to provide our customers with the most professional services available.
