Mahoney Foundries, Inc.

The Aluminum Foundry located in Kendallville, Indiana is a 37,100 square-foot facility and corporate headquarters for Mahoney Foundries, Inc. We produce aluminum sand castings weighing just a few ounces or hundreds of pounds and in a variety of aluminum alloys to accommodate all of your casting needs.

Our Brass Foundry is Vermont Foundry Company and is a Division of Mahoney Foundries Incorporated. This facility is located in Vermont Illinois. It is a non-ferrous jobbing foundry specializing in the production of brass, bronze and copper base sand castings. The entire operation is setup to pour exclusively brass and bronze alloys. If our customers have a requirement for aluminum, we will simply forward an existing tool to our dedicated aluminum foundry. The segregation of the brass and aluminum foundries eliminates any cross contamination between the two.

The Machining Facility is Located next door to the Aluminum Foundry in Kendallville, Indiana. With over 40 years of experience and 50 active customers we offer specialized machining for both brass and aluminum castings to meet our customer's specifications.
