Our Staff
We are fully insured and bonded, and all of our staff are thoroughly trained, tested, and background-checked before ever entering a client’s home. Field staff are required to attend in-service training on a regular basis and are always closely monitored by our staffing supervisors. Our comprehensive training program exceeds State and Federal minimum standards. In fact, our training program has even been used as a model for other home care agencies! Our intense commitment to quality has allowed us to partner with local and federally funded home care programs.
We operate 151 branch locations, providing services in 13 states. This list is constantly expanding. Our size allows us to have a voice in the industry, which benefits and protects our clients' rights to quality and services. It also allows us to manage costs effectively and ensure that there is always coverage for cases. Even though our operation is overall quite large in size, each office is managed at the local level by a trusted branch manager. The branch managers are in constant contact with the corporate office in Chicago in order to facilitate the strict enforcement of our standards. Through this model of leadership and management, we are able to provide the type of personal service that has made us a leader in our industry!
